Service Procedures:


• The minibus service is Monday through Friday ONLY, excluding Borough Holidays and only within Fair Lawn. Saturday service will remain on a set route.
• Residents can call up to two weeks in advance to reserve a pick up and drop off date & time.
• Residents must call no later than 3pm the business day prior to arrange a pick up.
• **Due to high usage it is suggested that you call at least two days in advance.
• Pick up and drop offs will be between the hours of 9am to 3pm, Monday- Friday.
• Saturday service is NOT a call in service but is a regular route around town. The Saturday schedule is on the reverse side of this page.
• Service is available to all Fair Lawn residents, high school students and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Procedures to Reserve your Pickup & Drop Off


1. Call 201-794-5327.
2. If our office staff is unavailable please leave a message with your name, phone number and the date and time you would like to be picked up.
3. A member of our office staff will return your call to confirm the exact time and location of your pickup.
4. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE CALL YOU BACK TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.
5. You must call by 3pm the business day prior (Monday- Friday) and you are allowed to call up to two weeks in advance. **For Monday pick up you must call on Friday (if Friday is a holiday/non- business day please call on the business day prior).
6. Pickup and Drop off times will be scheduled between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday through Friday.
