E-Billing of Water Bill

E-Billing is now available for receiving your water bill. If you are interested in receiving your bill via email, please complete the below on-line enrollment form.

You will receive an email confirmation when your e-billing account has been activated.

Please be advised that once you sign up for e-billing, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. 

The on-line enrollment form must be filled out completely to activate your E-billing account.

NOTE:  Delinquent Notices will not be e-mailed.  Delinquent Notices will be sent via US regular mail.

Can I cancel my enrollment in E-Billing and return to paper billing?
Yes, call our Water Billing Department at 201-794-5334, Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to cancel and request paper billing.

What should I do if I'm not receiving a quarterly E-Bill through e-mail?
Call our Water Billing Department at 201-794-5334, Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In addition, customers are responsible for notifying the Water Billing Department of any changes regarding the e-mail account used to enroll in E-Billing.

Terms and Conditions

• By completing this enrollment form, you are choosing to receive your quarterly water bill electronically and will not be receiving a statement by mail. 

• You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Water Billing Department at 201-794-5334, Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Once enrolled in the electronic e-bill program, you are responsible for ensuring receipt of the e-mail. The Borough will e-mail your statement to the e-mail address you provide and if you fail to receive it, you are responsible for all charges on the account by the due date.  If payment is received after the due date, penalties will apply.  In order to ensure that we are able to provide you with accurate billing information, you must update us with any change in your email address. The Borough cannot ensure electronic delivery of your utility bill.
